CF Austin Stull hit a grand slam to propel Pendleton County to a 7-4 victory over Holmes.

Wildcats slam Bulldogs

Trailing 1-0 entering the third inning, Pendleton’s offensive was jumpstarted by a Holmes error that allowed Brendan Neltner to reach base and later score on Logan Fugate’s base on balls.

But the Cats’ offense received a jolt of electricity when Centerfielder Austin Stull tomahawked a fast ball over the fence for a grand slam home run that cleared the bases and gave the Wildcats a 5-1 lead. Colton Ball who had singled and Tyler Scott who had walked also scored.
