NJROTC participates in Inauguration Day Parade

Approximately 39 cadets from Pendleton County High School NJROTC joined a procession of floats, bands and dignitaries who made their way down Capital Avenue in Frankfort in support of the Inauguration Day Parade for 62nd Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin. The theme of the December 8 parade was a tribute to veterans and featured Medal of Honor recipient and Kentucky native Dakota Meyer as the grand marshal. It was a beautiful December morning for the two-hour parade that started near the old capitol building and ended at the new capitol building. The PCHS NJROTC unit carried the PCHS High School NJROTC banner and featured a color guard and drill team which performed flawlessly during the parade.
