Donald Robert Seibert, 88, of Falmouth, KY, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 12, 2022, at his home. Born on Jan. 24, 1934 in Newport, KY, he was the son of the late Henry P. Seibert and Gertrude Lampe Seibert, and the step-son of the late Alma Kroger-Seibert.
