Lloyd William “Bill” Milner, 83, of Berry, KY, passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at his home. He is survived by his wife Betty Jean Tully Milner; three children Tammy (Joe) Traylor, Rodney (Jeania) Milner, and Scotty (Tina) Milner.
