Otis Lee Smith Jr. “T-Bird and Peanut”, 62, formerly of Falmouth, KY, passed away on Monday, October 21, 2024. He was born in Falmouth on February 23, 1962, son of the late Otis Sr. and Ruby Turner Smith.
Otis was a former Falmouth policeman, ambulance EMT, D.J. for PCRO and he retired from the city of Falmouth.
He is survived by his wife Peggy Rogers Smith; son Jeffrey Todd Smith; brother Charles Smith; and sisters Jerry Blair and Alice Stewart.
Visitation and funeral services were held Thursday, October 24, at Peoples Funeral Home in Falmouth.
Interment took place at Riverside Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.
