Floyd Eugene Baker Sr., 81

Floyd Eugene Baker Sr., 81, of Cincinnati, formerly of Highland Heights, passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2014 after a long battle with cancer.

He resided at the Liberty Nursing and Rehab, Cincinnati, for the past few years initially after suffering a stroke, worked at NuTone, Cincinnati for 30 years and served his country in the United States Army.

Preceding him in death were wife, Rosemary Euton Baker; brothers, Harold, Luther and Elmer Baker; and sister, Geraldine Baker Bidwell.

Surviving are sons, Floyd (Caryn) Eugene Baker Jr., Falmouth, Phillip Baker, Walton; brothers, Bill Baker, Falmouth, Jack Price, Alabama, Rick Baker, Hebron; sisters, Wilma Jean Baker Harney, Paris, Ky., and Shirley Baker Williams; grandsons, Jason L. Baker, Franklin, Ohio, and Joshua N. Baker, Georgetown, Ohio; great-grandchildren, Nicholas Pyles, Nathan Baker and Abigail Baker all of Franklin, Ohio, and J.J. (Joshua Jr.), Nina and Cora Baker all of Georgetown, Ohio; and a host of family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at noon, Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at the Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Cold Spring.

Interment will take place at the Floral Hills Cemetery, Taylor Mill.
