David Bay sits down and talks Pendleton Hills and his vision for the community he grew up in

David Bay and his family has a long tradition in investing in Pendleton County with successful businesses.

His dad, Bob, was an original member that purchased the land and developed the 9-hole course that became Pendleton Country Club. He was also very successful in the fuel oil business and started a Shell gas station in Butler. Bob was also an original member that started River Valley Nursing Home.

After a successful stint as Holmes High School Band Director, David joined the family business and turned that lone Shell station in Butler into two BB's locations that have been widely successful both as providing a service to the community and jobs for many in the county.

Now, he has a goal to take two ventures by his dad and put his touch on them. He purchased Northern Kentucky Golf Club (formerly Pendleton Country Club) from Daryle Landrum and is sinking some serious investment into it.

Long term, he has a vision of how he can combine the golf course and the nursing home to create a retirement village that could provide long term benefits to Pendleton County.

David sat down in Conversations with Keith amidst the renovations to discuss what will be new and improved as well as some of those long term goals.
