On November 2, the Wildcat bowling teams started the season at their home lanes, Bellewood. The season started with the team facing Newport Central Catholic. 

The Ladycats came out strong in the first round with Kree Brewer leading the scoring by bowling a 246. After the first round, both teams had earned one point. In the second round, Maddie Crawford stepped in to lead the Ladycats with a 181. Once again the points were split making the score 2 to 2. The baker games proved to be too much for the young Ladycat team. Both baker points and total pins went to NCC securing them the victory 5 to 2. Scores as follows: Brooklyn Wrobleski 96-92, Maddie Crawford 179-181, Kree Brewer 246-158, EmmaLee Chappell 75, Dara Morton 117-102, Aliyah Webster 122-86.

The Wildcats took one point in both round one and two. This made the score 2 to 2 going into the baker games. The Wildcats stumbled for a moment and NCC took advantage by taking the point for the first baker game. At this point, the reigning region champs kicked it into gear. The Wildcats took the last baker point and secured the total pin point to win the season opener. Scores as follows: Leroy Bryant 153-195, Adam Straus 123-159, Karson Enzweiler 147-149, Kyan Brewer 206-258, Braden Brann 209-179, Colton Webster 109, Josiah Hurdle 93, Chance Enzweiler 139-132, Bradley Brann 204-151. 

 On November 4, the Wildcat and Ladycats teams competed in the Dayton singles tournament held at Bellewood Lanes. Kyan Brewer would go on to win the boys division with a final round score of 245. He averaged a scored of 218 throughout the event. Ladycat Maddie Crawford reached the final four while Kree Brewer and Braden Brann would be eliminated in the elite eight round. The Wildcats next match is against Bishop Brossart at Southern Lanes on November 9 at 4:30 p.m.
