Barlow takes individual honors and Ladycats finish second overall

The Pendleton County Ladycats Golf team put together a fine showing on their home course on August 5 at the Crosstown Shoot-out. Senior Reese Barlow continued her strong play as she birdied six times on her way to a round of 78 to take first place in individual play. The girls produced a total score of 385 to finish second overall in team play. Fellow senior Katie Wright would shoot an 88 followed by Taylor Bruener with a 96. McKenna Morgan rounded out the scoring with a 123. Taking first place in team play was Owen County with a score of 349. Up next for the Ladycats will be events held in Mason County, Kenton County and Montgomery County.
