
Corella Cryer, 91, Alexandria
Corella "Granny" Cryer, 91, of Alexandria, passed away Friday, May 30, 2008, at Saint Luke East in Fort Thomas, Ky. She was a retired employee of the former Gibson Art in Cincinnati.
Corella was preceded in death by her husband John Cryer; a son, Gerald Cryer and a great granddaughter, Becky Veirs.
She is survived by a daughter, Mazie Lee (Cryer) Veirs of Alexandria; eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Funeral Services were held Monday, June 2, 2008 at the Alexandria Funeral Home in Alexandria.
Burial took place at Alexandria Cemetery in Alexandria.

Orinona Puccini, 94, of Brooksville, passed away Thursday, May 29, 2008 at UK Medical Center.
She was the daughter of the late William A. and Alice Jacobs Puccini. She was a member of Brooksville Christian Church, a retired Bracken County School teacher, Book Club member, a member of Retired Teachers of Kentucky and Bracken County, Kentucky Business Education Assn. member, Delta Pi Epsilon (business) Fraternity.
Visitation will be 12-2p.m. on Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at Moore & Parker Funeral Home in Brooksville.
Funeral services will follow also at the funeral home.

Ola Hicks, 72, of Butler, passed away Sunday, May 25, 2008 at East Forks State Park in Clermont County Ohio.
She was the daughter of the late Bairzillai and Artis Baker Neace and a member of Mt. Moriah Christian Church.
Ola was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Hicks.
She is survived by her daughters, Debbie (Danny) Sharp of Falmouth, Joyce (Eddie) Lemon of Amelia, Ohio; a son, Larry (Cheryl) Hicks of Cincinnati; sisters, Ethel Jordan of Butler and Mabel Neace of Jackson, Ky; seven grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Thursday, May 28, 2008 at Peoples Funeral Home.
Interment took place at Laurel Cemetery in Ohio.

Isaac Tucker, Jr., 60, of Maysville, passed away Monday, May 26, 2008.
He was the son of Isaac Tucker and the late Mabel Mae Gallagher Tucker. He was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Maysville.
Isacc was preceded in death by one brother William Tucker.

Alma Elizabeth Carr, 80, of Latonia, passed away, Friday, May 30, 2008, at Rosedale Manor Nursing Home in Latonia.
She was a retired employee of Jung Products of Cincinnati, where she had worked for 35 years.
Alma was preceded in death by her daughter Carolyn Buckler in 2007.
She is survived by her son-in-law, Fred Buckler of Alexandria; four grandchildren, Kelly Evans, Gina Schnitzler, Jill Kavanaugh and Fred Buckler all of Alexandria and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at the Alexandria Funeral Home in Alexandria.
Funeral Services will follow also at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Grandview Cemetery in Mentor, Ky.

Nancy Lunsford, 78, passed away, Sunday, June 1, 2008 at her home.
She was the daughter of the late Felix and Martha Lewis Sizemore. She was a member of the Brooksville Baptist Church and the widow of Clyde Lunsford.
Nancy was preceded in death by a sister Mollie Collins.
She is survived by her brothers, James R. Sizemore of Cynthiana, Felix Sizemore, Jr and Daniel Sizemore both of Brooksville, Mallie Lunsford of Cincinnati; sisters, Melinda Creech and Roxie Coots both of Cumberland, Ky and Nannie Stein of Brooksville.

Archie Britton, 58, Covington
Archie Britton, 58, of Covington, passed away Monday, June 2, 2008 at St. Elizabeth South.
He was the son of the late Ralph and Cleora Tuttle Britton. He married Martha Works on January 31, 1970. He worked at Cincinnati Mine Machinery and was the former owner of T&A's Tackle and Trawler Motor Service in Independence.
Archie was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Cleora Tuttle Britton and a sister, Virgie Britton.
He is survived by his wife, Martha Works Britton of Covington; daughters, Sharon Baker of Covington, Valarie Saylor of Dry Ridge; brothers, Thomas Britton of Newport, Butch Britton of Independence; sisters, Gayle Barnes of Taylor Mill, Delores Henegar of Erlanger and Lucille Sullivan of Florida; grandchildren, Kyle and Kyrsten Saylor, A.J. Justin and Myranda Baker.
Graveside service will take place at Carnes Cemetery in Peach Grove at 1 p.m. on Thursday, June 5, 2008 under the direction of Peoples Funeral Home.
