2006 Pendleton County High School Winter Sports Banquet

Pendleton County High School held their Annual Winter Sports Banquet on Tuesday, April 4.
The annual event honored every student athlete that participated in either basketball or cheerleading.
Students and their families were treated to a nice dinner followed by a presentation of awards from each of the coaches.
Many special awards were given to those who showed outstanding personal qualities and/or excelled in their respective sport.
Each of the athletes received a certificate and their level of achievement for the sport in which they participated. Levels are represented by either the student's letter or bar patch.
The special awards that were given out to deserving players covered areas such as academics, team dedication, spirit, leadership, outstanding play, hustle and personal improvement.
Seventeen senior athletes were also honored at this yearÕs Winter Sports Banquet. They were: Jeff Gibson (4 yrs - basketball), Dustin Bishop (4 yrs - basketball), Tyler Mains (5 yrs - basketball), Terry Davis (4 yrs - basketball), Jon Elrod (4 yrs - basketball), Patrick Elliott (6 yrs - basketball, 2 yrs - Pendleton High School, 4 yrs - Jackson County High School), Sam Nash (2 yrs - boys basketball trainer), Lisa Dougherty (4 yrs - basketball), Laura Layton (4 yrs - basketball), Tiffany Wells (4 yrs - basketball), Amanda Lar-ison (3 yrs - girls basketball statistician), Ashley Hutchison (4 yrs - cheerleading), Whitney Nordheim (4 yrs - cheerleading), Justyne Richardson (3 yrs - cheerleading), Jillian Roberts (4 yrs - cheerleading), Kyle Williams (2 yrs - mascot) and Drew Hamilton (1 yr - announcer, 2 yrs - girls statistician).
