In the September 18th issue of the Falmouth Outlook this reporter wrote an article about quilt squares, which appeared on the front page and stated that only three squares existed in the county. Since that time it has been brought to our attention that eight other squares are also on display. Five are located near Peach Grove, two are off Route 10 on Morford Road and another is situated slightly south of the Cardinal Ridge subdivision, on U.S. 27. I regret not including these squares in the original story. We will run more quilt squares in next week's edition. If our readers have, or know of any other barn quilt squares in the county, contact the Falmouth Outlook at 654-3332. By Roger McKinney, Reporter

Pendleton Wildcats Soccer Team - Back to Back District Champs!
By Bruce Reller, Jr., Reporter
"Repeat, Repeat!" shouted the Pendleton High School boy's soccer team after its game against St. Patrick Friday at the Grant County soccer field.
The Wildcats had just defeated their opponents 3-1 to claim their second consecutive 23rd District Title.
"It feels good! It's great! Our boys worked hard for it. We have finally proved that we are the best team in the district," Pendleton head coach Billy Matthews said.
The Wildcats scored their first goal 10 minutes into the game. Kyle Feebeck scored the goal, and Pendleton went into halftime with that 1-0 lead.
The Wildcats put the defensive pressure on St. Pat the whole game. St. Pat scored their lone goal late in the second half.
"This season, we have been known as an offensive team," Matthews explained. "It's easy to put points on the board, but it's hard to keep points off the board. We were attacking the board. We were aggressive."
Matthews continued, "We controlled the ball. We pressured them everywhere. We denied them scoring opportunities."
Pendleton scored a couple of insurance goals in the second half. Korey Workman scored midway through the half, and 8 minutes later, Travis Rawe made it 3-0 with a header off a ricochet off the pole (assist went to Matt Feltner).
