Falmouth — Zachary Dean Wilson, 24, of Falmouth, passed away Saturday, May 24, 2025.
He was born in Georgetown, on July 4, 2000, to Daniel Dean (Charlotte) Wilson, Sarah BethAnn (Derek Carmickle) Ball, and Amanda (Jeff) Perrin.
Preceding him in death were his Mamaw and Papaw, Nancy Wilson and Robert Samuel; Mamaw, Linda Ball Rust; aunts, Amanda Ball and Dorothy Wilson. Zachary loved KY basketball, the Bengals, and playing Fortnite. Above all however, he absolutely loved his family and friends and will be missed by his dog “Roy.”
Surviving him are his parents; sisters, Courtney Reffett, Lindsey Gayle Nickerson, Caitlyn Reffett, Katelynn Wilson, Mackenzie Townsend, Lillianna Withers; aunts and uncles, Hoss (Paula) Wilson, Ronald Fizzle Wilson, Darren (Samantha Harris) Wilson, Owen Webb, Jennifer (Lalo) Rodriguez, Clarence (Lisa) Webb, Tina Wilson, Dawn Dickerson, April Howard; nieces and nephews, Alayna Ramirez, Lynden Wade; cousins, Jaxson Wilson, Trinity Newman, Megan Welch, Tiffany Welch, Samantha Wilds, Shasta Kessler, Ryan McNabb, Jessica Brandenburg, Austin Wilson, Jessica Leonard, Tabitha Wilson, Alisha Wilson, Savannah Wilson, Michael Wilson, Lorenza Rodriguez, Brayde Collins, Mikayla Thomson, and many more cousins.
Services were held Monday, June 2, 2025, at Ware Funeral Home, in Cynthiana.
Pallbearers were: Nathan Taylor, Parker Wilson, Ethan Caldwell, Jake Rouse, Jake Rudd, Junior Fredrick, Chris Akins, and Robert Slaven. Honorary pallbearers were Owen Webb, Ray Thomas, Jason Wainscott, Brayde Collins, Hoss Wilson, Fizzle Wilson, Darren Wilson and Michael Wilson.
