Falmouth — Rosa Jane Smith Whalen, 85, of Falmouth, formerly of Bracken County, passed away Friday, February 13, 2026.
Surviving her are her children, Marie (the late Larry) Winkle, Janie Nunnelley, James Williams, Jr, Rhoda (Gilbert) Crump, and Sherri (Joey) Franklin.
Services for Rosa Jane were held Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at the Woodhead Funeral Home, in Falmouth.
Burial took place at Bracken Memorial Cemetery, in Brooksville.
