Foster — James Edward Strickland, 84, of Foster passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at the St. Elizabeth Hospital in Fort Thomas.
Surviving him is a son, James E. Strickland Jr. of Selma, NC.
A graveside service was held Friday, September 12, 2025, at Mt. Auburn Cemetery, in Pendleton County, with Bro. Kyle Marlette officiating.
