Charles William Jenkins, 85

Falmouth — Charles William Jenkins, 85, of Falmouth, passed away on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at his home.

Born on December 5,1940 in Bracken County, he was the son of the late Kirtley and Nannie Ramsey Jenkins.

On February 6, 1960 he married Connie Rice Jenkins and she survives his passing. 

Charlie was a farmer and a retired machinist from Gusher Pump. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved all things about the outdoors. He enjoyed traveling for pleasure, traveling to ride quads with his family, horseback riding, and in his younger years he was a fantastic basketball player. He was a member of the Antioch Mills Christian Church.

He was preceded in death by sons, Anthony Wayne Jenkins and Stacey Jenkins.

In addition to his wife of 65 years, Connie, he is survived by sons, Kelly Jenkins, Casey Jenkins; 8 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; sisters, Jean (The late Gary) Rapp, Linda (Doug) Daugherty; and numerous friends and relatives.

Services were held Friday, January 9, 2026, at Woodhead Funeral Home, in Falmouth and officiated by Larry “Poncho” McClanahan and Doug Daugherty.

Pallbearers for the service were Michael Jenkins, Dan Jenkins, Dylan Jenkins, Greg Dennie, Charlie Jenkins, and Jackson Jenkins. Serving as Honorary Pallbearers were Andy Geers and Ricky Miles.

Burial took place at Riverside Cemetery.
