Surviving him are siblings, Lee Roy Jr. (Alicia) Smith, Peggy (Eric) Hurst, William (Elizabeth) Smith, Sandra Jones, (Donnie Jones), Jenny Smith (Cory Mardis); nieces and nephews, Christina Slaven, David Hurst, Eric Hurst, Kortni Jones, Jeremiah Jones, Ashley Glass, Andrew Smith, Amber Smith, Koltyn Smith, Aiden Smith, Kala Turner, Miranda Turner, Eerika Smith, William Smith, Benjamin Smith, Alexis Mardis, Robbie Mardis, Isaac Mardis, Isabella Mardis, and Jaxon Johnson.
