John 8:12 says “I am the light of the world. He who follows me will not walk in darkness, but have the light of life. If you were asked “Are you saved?,” how would you answer? If you say I don’t know for sure or I hope so you are walking in darkness. If you know you are saved you are walking in the light of God. In times of trouble turn to the light “Jesus Christ.” Only he can provide Hope for your future.
Please remember the families of Sandy Barker and Gary Barnard.

Butler Christ Community
Greetings friends, summer is here and the kids are enjoying their free time. Hopefully some of that time will be spent in VBS! There will be many opportunities available this summer. Our church and the Butler Community will be having VBS July 20-23.
Pastor Ron spoke to us from Genesis 12 and the story of Abraham and Sarah. God tries to get our attention and has a plan for us. Abraham listened to God instead of the world. Sometimes it’s a tug of war between what the world wants and what God wants. Make sure you listen to God.
The ladies will be meeting on June19 at 7 pm.
There will be a VBS meeting on the 29th.
Please pray with us for Emil, Curt, Dee, the Barnard family, the Barker family, and all those mentioned during service. We had so many blessings on Sunday, we are so grateful to God for each one.
Be a light in this dark world and listen for Gods instructions.

Bro. Mark’s message was from II Corinthians 13:1-11.
False teachers had come into the Corinthian church. Paul had come to them for the third time to visit. If two or three have seen a wrong, it must be punished, I will give you all the proof you want that Christ speaks through me. Christ will not be weak in his dealings with you. Christ’s weak human body died on a cross, but now he lives by the mighty power of God.
Check up on yourselves. Are you really Christians? Do you pass the test? Do you feel Christ’s presence and power? Don’t pretend to be a Christian. I pray you are living a good life. Be happy and grow in Christ! May the God of love and peace be with you.

What an incredible weekend at Trinity KidFest! Tons of children and families gathered at the Pendleton County Fairgrounds for two exciting nights filled with worship, Bible lessons, crafts, inflatables, games, food, and fun. Throughout the weekend, kids learned that they are God’s masterpiece and were challenged to grow in their faith while building lasting friendships.
The celebration continued on Sunday as we wrapped up KidFest with Family Day at the Griffin Center. Our KidFest kids did an outstanding job leading worship through song and dance, sharing what they learned throughout the week. Following worship, families enjoyed fellowship, free hot dogs, and one last opportunity to enjoy the inflatables together.
Most importantly, we praise God that one person made a decision to trust Christ as Savior during Sunday’s service. We are thankful for every volunteer, parent, worker, and supporter who helped make this weekend such a tremendous success. God is good!

My God Is All I Need/My God Is So Big, was the opening for the morning worship service, I don’t even think our human minds can comprehend how big our God is! Tonight is our first night of VBS and we know our God will do BIG things.
The children’s message, Tell Your Friends About Jesus was from Mark 8:27-30, followed by Brooke Florer reading John 1:10-13. Way Maker was the special by the Praise Team, then Bro. Dale’s message, Jesus Is … was from John 1:1-5. The service from beginning to end told of God/Jesus and the importance of knowing who Jesus is, “But to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God.” John 1:12.
Our VBS is from Sunday – Thursday this week, with commencement on Friday. Pray that children will come to believe in Jesus Christ and accept him as their personal Savior.
