New Life Wesleyan
As winter soon turns into Spring, we are thanking God for the recent higher Temps and the big thaw. As we continue to prepare for a new parking lot, we are still receiving donations and can’t wait to see it DONE. Please feel free to stop by and visit us anytime. We are always a warm and friendly church family. No one is a stranger here.
God bless you and keep you in His hands today and always.

Hallelujah, the weather may be turning around to something we can handle. Several were back to church today. With the message on “Transformative Prayer: Prayer That Changes Identity,” Bro. Kevin told us that because of our “adoption” into God’s family, we are heirs to God, not servants. Prayer is so essential in our lives. God always hears.
Ladies Bible Study is February 18 & 25 at 6:30 p.m. at church.

Bro. Mark’s message was from Luke 8:22-39.
A fierce storm developed as Jesus and the disciples were crossing to the other side of the lake. They were in real danger. Jesus had laid down for a nap. They woke him so afraid. Jesus spoke to the storm, quiet down, then all was calm. They were filled with awe and fear, who is this man? What happened to the disciple’s faith? Jesus knew why he needed to go to the other side because of a man possessed of demons was there. A herd of pigs feeding on the mountain side is where Jesus caused the demons to enter. Immediately the herd fell over a cliff into the lake below, where they drowned. Where is your faith? Can you have too much faith?

What an incredible and powerful day in God’s house! We were blessed to welcome so many visitors and experience a mighty move of God from start to finish. Bro. Abram delivered a strong and timely message from Daniel chapter 1, “Holy Appetites for Holy Living,” challenging each of us to examine what we hunger for and how those desires shape our walk with God. The altar response was powerful, and we celebrated two salvations — the greatest victory of all.
Our recent Night to Shine was also a tremendous success, with 60 honored guests and 150 amazing volunteers filling the evening with joy, love, and celebration. A huge THANK YOU to our volunteers, community partners, generous sponsors, and first responders who helped make the night so special. We couldn’t have done it without you! Boogity, boogity, boogity — let’s go!

Sunday morning our congregation was blessed to have the Oneida Baptist Choir come and share their talent with us, then Larry Gritton, President of Oneida shared his experience both serving as President and attending as a student. His message was from John 15:1-12 and the take away was so simple but so true – God uses ordinary people to do extraordinary things. It was a wonderful worship service and then we enjoyed a potluck fellowship following the morning service, and it was so nice to get to visit with the kids in the choir.
Join us in praying for all those having medical needs as well as those that have lost loved one.
