The 2025 KHSAA State Cross Country 2A Championship was held on November 1 at the New Horse Park in Lexington. Qualifying athletes for Pendleton County were Klaber Wolfe, Levi Wolfe, Ben Brossart, and Catalina Furman. Senior Klaber Wolfe did not compete in the meet.
Furman represented the ladies placing 171st out of 223 runners with a time of 26:45. Wolfe finished 227th and Brossart placed 233rd out of 262 runners in the boys division. Wolfe’s time was 22:27 and Brossart’s time was 22:59.
The state championships bring the cross country season to an end. The team had a successful year, culminating in four athletes qualifying for the final meet.
