Williamstown — RaeLynn Hope Phillips, 14, of Williamstown, passed away Thursday, October 16, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center Grant Co.
Surviving her are her mother, Amber (Thomas Worthington) Edmonson; father, Albert Phillips; siblings, Albert Phillips IV, Zagan Worthington, Harmony Worthington; grandmothers, Charlotte King, Oletta Jackson; grandfathers, Albert (April) Phillips and Broadus Edmonson.
Services were held Thursday, October 23, 2025, at Peoples Funeral Home, in Butler.
