Wildcats enter postseason with three-game winning streak

The Pendleton County Wildcats soccer team will enter the 38th District Tournament ontheir home turf riding a three-game winning streak. The program will be seeking its first district title since 2018.

Pendleton County traveled to Fleming County on October 1 and scored a 3-1 victory. Senior Dawson Nichols continued his scorching offensive run as he netted all three Wildcat goals. He currently ranks secong in northern Kentucky and 20th overall in the state 25 goals.

The Wildcats will take on Maysville St. Patrick tonight at 6 p.m. Should they advance, they will face the winner of the Harrison County / Mason County matchup in the championship game on October 9 at 7 p.m. The Wildcats defeated both St. Pat and Mason County during the regular season.
