Butler — Norma G. Moreland, 72, of Butler, passed away on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at Good Sam Hospital.
She was born in Butler on January 12, 1953, daughter of the late Paul and Carolyn Caldwell Hart.
Norma retired from Griffin Industries as a Special Project Training Coordinator. She loved traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Marty Moreland and her brother Bud Hart. Survivors include her children Gina and Kevin Higgins and stepdaughters Bridget (Paul) Browning and Brandi (Alex) Carson, brother Billy Hart and grandchildren Wyatt, Xander, Mitch, Riley, Easton and Adalyn.
Visitation will be held from 11am-2pm, Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at Peoples Funeral Home in Butler. Funeral will immediately follow at 2pm, also at the funeral home.
Norma’s final resting place will be in the Mt. Moriah Cemetery.
In lieu of flower, memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society.
