Pendleton County — Kenneth “Woody” Woodrow Holder, 56, of Williamstown (Pendleton Co.), passed away Saturday, May 17, 2025, at his home.
Surviving him are his son, Timothy (Crystal) Holder; and daughter, Morgan Holder.
