Scripture was from Psalms 130, “There is Forgiveness in God’s Love.” Is there any sin too big for God to forgive? Can a murderer be saved? Absolutely, for God is love. However; we need to be responsible for our sin and not blame it on others. Do we feel genuine remorse when we sin or just ask for forgiveness and move on. Anyone can be forgiven when they genuinely repent and ask.
Remember those on our prayer list and the families of Zack Hart, Christina Kay Thompson, Carl Class and all those who have lost loved ones.

"If you want a different harvest, you must sow different seeds." That was the gist of our message Sunday. Gardening is tough. But if we sow, God does the watering. We must take hold of the plow and sow that seed.

Bro. Richard’s message was from Genesis 37.
Has life ever thrown you a curve ball? God's hand moves to accomplish good things. There are no perfect families.
Joseph was 17 and he shepherded his father’s flocks. Joseph reported to his father bad things his brothers were doing. When the brothers saw how much their father loved Joseph that created problems. Joseph was known as a dreamer. The brothers hated Joseph especially after the two dreams he told them. We will never bow down to you. The brothers thought they could fix this problem by throwing Joseph in a pit. Then they decided to sell him as a slave. Read Genesis for the rest of the story.
When you go through difficulty you must trust God. Don’t blame Him. Ask for forgiveness if you are holding a grudge against someone.

When our lives are consumed by the temporary, we forget about the eternal! Life lesson from Sunday school.
Our focus on the eternal continued during our worship service. The children’s message, The Good Samaritan from Luke 10:25-37; while others passed by the Samaritan stopped and helped the Jew, who had been beaten and robbed. We too should be good Samaritans whenever opportunity presents.
Tori Florer read Galatians 5:16-18, this scripture was about living a life guided by the Holy Spirit, not our own desires. The Praise team special was Way Maker, and then Bro. Dale’s message Fast and Pray For The Lost, based on John 4:31-38. This scripture led us through steps we can use everyday to pray for the lost. In bible times they usually fasted by omitting food or sleep, today there are so many other distractions that keep us from praying and growing our relationship with Christ. Choose just one of the many distractions, tv, facebook, texting and spend more time praying for the lost and those that need to be discipled.
