Demossville— Donald G. Hutchinson Sr., 89, of Demossville, passed away Friday, March 14, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood.
Donald was born in Pendleton County, on August 5, 1935, son of the late John and Katie McCarty Hutchinson.
Donald was a veteran of the United States Army, lifelong Pendleton County farmer and a member of the Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church.
Preceded him in death, in addition to parents, were his son, Donald “Harvey” Hutchinson Jr.; and grandson, Nicholas Hutchinson.
Surviving are his wife, Patricia May Hutchinson; daughters, Deedee McElfresh, Lori Blum; sons, J.C. Hutchinson, Michael “Ralph” Hutchinson; several grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Thursday, March 20, 2025, from 10 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., at the Peoples Funeral Home, in Butler. Funeral will immediately follow, at the funeral home.
Burial will take place, under full military honors, at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North, in Williamstown.
