By Carolyn Reid Thursday evening’s dinnertime quiet was interrupted as the Pendleton County Sheriff’s Department, Falmouth Police, Kentucky State Police, and Butler police responded to a call at approximately 6:05 p.m. in the area of Mill and Taylor streets in Butler.

Simms Filled With Joy As He Enters HOF

By Carolyn Reid The first 2023 meeting of Falmouth City Council drew a standing-room-only crowd consisting of city residents, business owners, and a few interested county residents as the new council discussed the city police department in a one-hour long special meeting.
Falmouth’s police department stood silent Monday morning, January 2, as did the county scanner. By 6 a.m., dispatch is usually calling police department shifts. The first Monday of 2023, no one was available to handle shifts as the department had resigned before the new year and new administration began.

Gathering Wing crowd exceeds expectations as Santa comes to town
