Blanket Creek
After a piano melody by Romona Colvin, the message was from Matthew 7:1-6, "Do Not Judge." It is easy to judge people for their looks, actions, or clothing, but that is not for us to do. Sometimes a person may not realize they are headed in the wrong direction. If we do judge, we need to do it for the right reason. We need to take them aside, kindly talk to them, and lead them to Jesus. Remember, before you judge others look in the mirror and judge the person looking back at you.
VBS will be July 10-14th at 6-8:30 p.m.

Butler Christ Community
Greetings friends,we are pleased to share our new name officially with you!
As we heard the story of Sarah and Abraham we were reminded to not go ahead of God. He doesn’t need our help.
VBS for the Butler Community will be held July 31-August 3 .
Our next pot luck dinner and board meeting will be July9.
There will be no ladies meeting this month and the date for the trip to the Maysville Museum is to be changed.
Please pray for the needs of our community, Mary Ann, Mayes family, Cherry's friend in Hawaii, Mike Eckerle, DD Tolliver, Sandy, Carol, Patti Thomas, Cal Adams, Kenzie Masten, Carolyn, our church and our nation.
It was a wonderful praise to have Carolyn with us again on Sunday, as well as Sandy following her surgery.

The message of the hour was "Mission Possible -- What is the mission of the church?" Anyone knows that mission is to spread God's word. Is that what we are doing?

Turner Ridge
Sunday morning the sanctuary looked a little different as we were gearing up for a great week of VBS, decorations were in place, invites had been handed out, and prayers were lifted for a good attendance for this years Twists & Turns themed Bible School.
The children’s message was “It’s Time For VBS” from Matthew 4:18-22, verse 19 says “… Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.” If we follow Jesus, we too can lead others to Jesus.
Brooke Florer read John 14:1-3, the Praise Team had a special and Bro. Dale’s message “Every Member in Ministry: VBS from Luke 14:25-33.
As of today we’ve had three nights of VBS and the attendance has been great! We are praying for kids to be saved and everyone to take home more knowledge of Jesus.
Join us for worship on Sundays at 10 a.m. for Sunday School, at 11 a.m. for worship, 6 p.m. for Discipleship Training, 6:45 p.m. for evening worship, and on Wednesdays at 7 p.m.
