Kincaid Regional Theatre is back this holiday season with A COUNTRY CHRISTMAS CAROL. The production had its opening night on Friday, December 9, 2022. Audiences were treated to a retelling of Ebenezer Scrooge’s tale, but in the setting of a 1950s, small American town. A down-home pleasure from start to finish, crowds left the theatre in great holiday spirits.
At Saturday night’s performance, Mark Hart, President of the Kincaid Regional Theatre Board of Directors, presented a plaque to the family of Anne Delaney in memory and honor of her decades of commitment to the theatre. The Board of Directors will continue to honor her with a plaque of recognition to be placed in the theatre’s lobby.
A COUNTRY CHRISTMAS CAROL is ideal family holiday fare—fresh, engaging, often hilarious, and genuinely moving. It's a timeless tale of redemption and reunion, community and family, the kind of story that was made for country music.
