Siblings Barbara Bug and Lee Sheene realized their dream of owning a store full of eclectic antiques and unusual finds when the doors of The Treasure Store opened on June 1 of this year.

The production of The Addams Family, this summer season's new musical comedy at Kincaid Regional Theater (KRT), hits it big! Over the years KRT has had any number of outstanding shows. This year however, marks a new direction showcasing a more modern show which first opened on Broadway in 2010 and ran for over a year.

Kenneth Abercrombie was named the City of Falmouth’s Outstanding Citizen of the Year during Fourth of July festivities held in the downtown area after the parade. He was one of three people chosen for this honor.

Falmouth firefighters were alerted to a structure fire at 5:56 p.m., Friday, July 10 at the intersection of Highway 330 and Stone Schoolhouse Road in Berry near the Pendleton/Grant County line.

The Pendleton County Fiscal Court held a drawing on Friday, July 10 for four Fair Week passes for this year’s Pendleton County Youth Fair. To enter, individuals had to fill out an entry form on Facebook with their name, phone number and favorite fair memory.
