The last time that the Pendleton County Ladycats won the district soccer title, most of this year’s players weren’t even born!  The year was 1998 and since then, the Ladycats have been runners-up several times but never been able to bring home the championship….until now.  After two years of being 38th District Socce

Bella O'Hara, daughter of Mason and Jenna O'Hara,  along with her parents and big brother Kamden recently took a wonderful trip to Walt Disney World Resort.  All thanks to the Make A Wish Foundation and to Heather Brumley and Tina Jones, teachers at Taylor Elementary and Make A Wish volunteers.

Campers at Kincaid Lake State Park in October of each year go all out decorating their campsites for the Halloween season. The Outlook cameraman caught several of the campers that were dressed up competing in the costume contest and trick or treating.

The Pendleton County Fiscal Court proclaimed October 19-25 as Retired Teachers Week in Pendleton County. Pendleton County Judge/Executive Henry Bertram said that teachers are a force for good and exert a positive influence on their students.

State Representative Tom McKee visited the Pendleton County Fiscal Court on Monday, October 6 and brought a generous present from Governor Steve Beshear for both the county and city of Falmouth.
