PHS Class of 1979 to hold reunion Print E-mail

The Pendleton County High School Class of 1979 will hold their 35th Class Reunion on Saturday, October 25 at the Pendleton County Farm Bureau Building.

An email account has been set up to help locate classmates and update their contact information. Classmates need to send their names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses to as soon as possible. You will be kept up to date on reunion details.

Please share this information with other classmates who may not see this article.

Piloxing classes being offered Print E-mail

Piloxing will be offered again at Phillip Sharp Middle starting on Mondays- September 8 - November 17 with no class on October 6.

The Piloxing Barre Class will be offered on Wednesdays starting on September 10 - November 19 with no class on October 9.

Times are from 5:45 - 6:30 p.m. Both classes are located in the Dance Room at Sharp Middle School.

A free class will be offered at 5:45 p.m. on September 3. RSVP is required.

The fee for each class is $50 or $75 for both. Instructor for the class is Loran Brown. Space is limited. Please register at 859-654-3325 Ext. 2601

Bishop Family Reunion, Sept. 21 Print E-mail

All descendants and relatives of Joseph Richard Bishop are invited to attend the Bishop Family Reunion. The reunion will be held Sunday, September 21 in the Multi-Purpose Building at Kincaid Lake State Park starting at 12 p.m. Food will be served at 1 p.m.

Roasted pork (plain and barbeque), fried chicken, ice and cups will be provided. Each family is requested to bring a covered dish and their own drinks.

The family would appreciate any donations the day of the event to help pay for the meat and rental of the building.

Please contact Maria Barlow at 859-654-8380 or Joyce Bishop at 606-735-9283 (evenings please) by August 31 with the total members of your family that will be attending. This will help plan the amount of food needed. Please leave a message and phone number where you can be contacted.

The family is looking forward to this reunion and hopes to see some familiar faces and meet new ones. If you have photos of previous reunions or family members let Maria or Joyce know as they are trying to do a DVD of family pictures to have at the reunion. They also request that you contact all family members and let them know about the reunion so that nobody is left out.

Wagner Family Reunion, Aug. 23 Print E-mail

The annual Wagner Family Reunion will be held on Saturday, August 23 at Kincaid Lake State Park Multi-Purpose Building. Please come early. A potluck meal will be enjoyed at 1:30 p.m.

The heirs, descendents and friends of the late Joseph and Anna Hardin Wagner include the families of John Wagner, Will Wagner, Taylor Wagner, Stella Wagner Criswell, Massie Wagner Jones, Florence Wagner King and Emma Wagner Shearer.

Bring your family, a dish or two of delicious food, your favorite photos and memorabilia for an afternoon of family fellowship.

The Wagners hope to see all family members at the reunion on August 23!

FHS Alumni Reunion, Aug. 23

It’s not too late to make your reservations to attend this year’s Falmouth High School Alumni Reunion. Alumni will be meeting on Saturday, August 23 at the St. Xavier Hall in Falmouth. Doors open at 3 p.m. Dinner will be served at 5:30 p.m.
