A hunter hot on the heels of the divine fox Print E-mail

The transition from seminary to pastoral ministry can be quite a jolt. The steady ebb and flow of the academic calendar, the immediate gratification of studying, being examined, receiving a grade, the easy collegiality among fellow students: these are hallmarks of seminary life. Butler United Methodist Auction Print E-mail

Yes, it's that time! Time for the Annual Christmas Auction given by the Butler United Methodist Women. This year the auction will be held on Saturday, Nov. 9.

There will be many items to bid on this year, including the ever popular Silent Auction, Ma, Pa, Guy and Gal boxes, and treasures galore.

It wouldn't be right to have the auction without Marvin and Clay Sullivan, so, yes, they will be there singing, harmonica playing, storytelling and auctioning too. It's a night we all look forward to!

The famous barbeque will be served starting at 5:30 p.m. and the auction will begin at 7 p.m.

Everyone is invited to attend!
