Floyd W. “Bill” Siry Jr., 72, of Grants Lick, passed away on Friday April 5, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Ft. Thomas.

Surviving are sisters, Karen Taulbee, Grants Lick, Nancy Fay Miller, Demossville.

Funeral services were Monday, April 8, 2013 at Peoples Funeral Home.

Interment took place at the Oakland Cemetery, Grants Lick.

Rev. W. Wendell Wegford, 86, of California, Ky., passed away on Wednesday, April 03, 2013, at the Baptist Convalescent Center in Newport.

He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II.

Surviving are wife, Betty Jane Wegford and children, Susan (Mark) Yelton, Newport and Mark (Sharon) Wegford of Butler.

The funeral services were held  on Saturday, April 6, 2013, at the Persimmon Grove Baptist Church with Bro. Richard Livingood officiating and Woodhead Funeral Home, Falmouth serving the family.

Interment with full U.S. Navy funeral honors took place in the Persimmon Grove Cemetery.

Robert "Bob" Alvin Bertram, 90, of Falmouth, passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2013, at the Robertson County Health Care Facility in Mt. Olivet.

He was born in Cold Spring on July 25, 1922 to the late Henry and Mary Bertram. A well known Pendleton County farmer, and former employee of the Pendleton County Road Department, he faithfully served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II. Mr. Bertram married Dorothy May Mitchell Bertram on May 7, 1948.

Preceding him in death, in addition to his parents, were five sisters and three brothers.

Surviving, in addition to wife of 64 years, are children,  Henry (Janice) Bertram, Falmouth, Ron (Marge) Bertram, Maysville, Ed Bertram,  Frankfort, Rob (Jodi) Bertram, Falmouth, Sharon (Ed) Delaney,  Philpot, Ky.; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Monday, April 1, 2013, at the Woodhead Funeral Home, Falmouth, with Rev. Darrell Breeden and Brother Norbert Bertram officiating. Music was shared by Darryl Ammerman.

Interment with full military honors by the Hardin- Browning Post #109 took place at the Riverside Cemetery, Falmouth.

Raymond "Ray" Arnold Baumgartner, 92, of Falmouth, passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2013, at his home.

He was born on December 14, 1920 in Pendleton County, to the late Henry and Daisy Cox Baumgartner. Mr. Baumgartner was married on October 11, 1947, to Thelma Miller, his dear wife survives his passing. A lifelong Pendleton County farmer, Ray was also a butcher at Wyatt's Super Value in Falmouth and also a deacon of the Turner Ridge Baptist Church, Pendleton County.

Preceding him in death, in addition to his parents, was a sister, Ruth Kliebecker.

Surviving, in addition to his wife of 65 years, are children,  Mike Baumgartner, Fla., Jeff (Christy) Baumgartner and Karen Carr, both of Falmouth; sisters, Betty Chapman and Ann Baumgartner, both of Falmouth; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.

Funeral services were Monday, April 1, 2013 at the Turner Ridge Baptist Church with Bro. Dale Beighle and Bro. Fred Workman officiating. Woodheads Funeral Home is served the family.

Pallbearers were James Smith, Terry Sowder, Fred Brown, Doug Boden, Jamie Carr, Caleb Baumgartner, Lonnie Gregg and Brandon Gregg. Honorary pallbearers were George Parsons and Bill Thomas. Special music was shared by Lonnie and Regina Gregg.

Interment took place at the Turner Ridge Cemetery, Pendleton County.

Robyn Ball Gilbert, 57, of Falmouth passed away on Sunday, March 31, 2013 at the Harrison County Memorial Hospital.

She was born in Washington on September 12, 1955 to the late Hobart and Martha Ball.  Robyn was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church in Falmouth.

Surviving are husband, Marc Gilbert; children, Tracey (Earlie) Sanders, Tiffany Gilbert and Nathan (Amanda) Gilbert; brothers, Jeff (Janice) Ball, Mike (Debbie) Ball; sister, Katie (Wayne) Manning; grandchildren, Gabe and Maia Gilbert; step grandchildren, Kayla Gabbard and Isiah Bartlett; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held  from 5-8 p.m., Wednesday, April 3, 2013 with funeral services being held at 11 a.m. on Thursday April 4 at the Peoples Funeral Home, Falmouth.

Interment will take place at the Riverside Cemetery.

Flora Belle Taulbee Peddicord, 73, of Walton passed away on Monday, March 25, 2013, at the St. Elizabeth Health Care of Florence.

Surviving are children,  Donna (James) Anglin, Walton, Angela Waller, Verona and Jeffrey Glenn Peddicord, Erlanger.

Funeral services were held  Saturday, March 30, 2013, at the Woodhead Funeral Home, Falmouth, with Bro. Jeff Fain officiating.

Interment took place at the Morgan Cemetery, Pendleton County.

Ambrose “Bo” Daugherty, 55, of Falmouth passed away on Sunday March 24, 2013 at his home.

He was born in Ft. Thomas on June 18, 1957, to the late Harry and Leona Fredrick Daugherty. Mr. Daugherty was married to Linda "Shorty" Daugherty, of Falmouth, on July 5, 2008 and was a veteran of the United States Army.

Preceding him in death, in addition to parents, were son, Jeffery Perkins; and brothers, Junior, David and Randell Daugherty.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, are daughters, Samantha Daugherty, Edgewood, Annissa Kay Daugherty, Columbus; brother, William C. Daugherty, Falmouth; sisters, Faye (Billy Bob) Feedback, Newport, Debbie (Timmy) Golden, Falmouth, Betty (Ned) Gillespie, Falmouth; grandchildren, Shawn, Melody and Anthony.

Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m., Tuesday March 26, 2013 at the Peoples Funeral Home, Falmouth with funeral services being held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, March 27, 2013 also at the funeral home.

Interment will take place at the Gumlick Baptist Cemetery,  Pendleton Co.

Ernest Riddle, 83, of Falmouth passed away Friday, March 22, 2013 at his home.

He was born in Grant Co. on January 14, 1930 to the late Joseph and Etta Crouch Riddle.

Preceding him in death, in addition to parents, was wife, Margaret Martin Riddle.

Surviving are loving friend, June Hardin, Falmouth; sisters, Elsie Readnower, Williamstown, Aubrey Hutton, Dry Ridge; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Monday, March 25, 2013 at the Peoples Funeral Home, Falmouth.

Interment took place at the Riverside Cemetery, Falmouth.
