Paul W. Ballinger, 84, of Alexandria passed away on Sunday, October 13, 2013 at the St. Elizabeth Healthcare Hospice Center in Edgewood.

Surviving are wife, Marilyn Ballinger; son, Michael Ballinger; and daughter, Brenda K. Marsh.

Private services will be held at the families convenience.

Kenneth E. Walthers Jr., 54 Print E-mail

Kenneth E. Walthers Jr., 54, passed away at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, Ky. on October 5, 2013.

He leaves his beloved mother, Carolyn Walthers; and his father, Kenneth Walthers Sr. preceded him in death.

His brother, Gordon Walthers presided over the service and said a prayer. Dennis Stanley beautifully sang "Because He Lives" and said a heartfelt prayer. Don Wells closed with a most gracious prayer.

Elliston and Stanley Funeral Home conducted the service.

Interment took place at the Williamstown Cemetery.

Uarda Russell, 81, of Williamstown passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2013 at her home.

She was born in Cincinnati on October 2, 1932, to the late Earl and Leila Mason Durham.

Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents, were brother, Arlo Durham; and sister, Velma Parks.

Surviving are sister, Sharron Blackburn; brother, Lowell Durham; and numerous nieces and nephews.

James was a veteran of the United States Navy.

George Elmore Winkle Sr., 79 Print E-mail

George Elmore Winkle Sr., 79, of Butler, passed away on Monday, September 30, 2013, at his home.

He was born on March 18, 1934, in Bracken County, to the late Robert and Martha Fredricks Winkle and married Juanita Hisel on October 6, 1956. His dear wife preceded him in death on August 15, 2007. Mr. Winkle was a machinist with Butler Products for many years.

Surviving him are children, George (Annie) Winkle Jr., Florence, Charles (Theresa) Winkle, DeMossville, Randy (Kathy) Winkle, Falmouth, Rose Smith,  Butler, Lyndia (Bobby) Wilder,  Butler, Beulah (Tim) Walters, Butler; 26 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and his dog Spunky.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, October 2, 2013, at Woodhead Funeral Home, Falmouth with Bro. Daryl Mullins officiating.

Pallbearers for the service were Randy Winkle, Charles Winkle, Mike Smith, Jason Wilder, C.J. Winkle, Joshua Walters, Zachary Walters and Sam Winkle.

Interment took place at the Pythian Grove Cemetery in Berry.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the charity of your choice.

Steven P. Moore, 49, of Falmouth passed away Friday, October 4, 2013 at the V.A. Hospital, Cincinnati.

Surviving are parents, Tom and Mary Ann Stutler Moore, Hebron; wife, Debbie Honeycutt Moore, Falmouth; son, Benton Moore, Hebron; and daughters, Kristen Grote Moore, Falmouth and Jaylynn Moore, Hebron.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to Noon, Wednesday, October 9, 2013 with funeral services immediately following at the Peoples Funeral Home, Butler.

Interment will take place at the Veterans Cemetery, Williamstown.

Mr. Link served in the United States Army in the Korean War.
