James "Bryant" Brown, 39

James “ Bryant” Brown, 39, of Falmouth passed away on Saturday, December 7, 2013, at his  home after  a long illness.

He was born in Harrison County on September 13, 1974, to Brenda (Kenneth) Abercrombie and the late James Ellis Brown. A 1992 graduate of Pendleton High School, Bryant attended Morehead State University, graduated from Western Kentucky University, and earned his masters degree from the University of Kentucky. He was a district manager with Eli Lilly Pharmaceuticals and a member of the Antioch Mills Christian Church. Bryant was loved by all who knew him, and he touched many lives in his 39 years.

Preceding him death, in addition to his father, were paternal grandparents, Raymond and Anna Brown, and his maternal grandfather, Walter Pete Angell.

Surviving, in addition to  mother, are step-father, Kenneth Abercrombie, Falmouth; sister and brother-in-law, Natalie and Ronald Golfman, Falmouth; maternal grandmother, Dorothy Angell, Grant County; nephew, Garret Marshall; niece, Madison Crawford; two step-sisters, Kimberly Short, Newport, Laura Maldonado, Baxley, Ga.; and a host of extended family and friends.

Visitation will be from 5 - 8 p.m. on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 with funeral services at 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 12, 2013 at Woodhead Funeral Home, Falmouth.

Serving as pallbearers will be Scott Wilson, Brian Baldwin, Thomas Leach, Trent Brown, Derrick Brown, Duane Brown, Ronald Golfman, Donald Marshall, and Logan Bunch.

Interment will take place at the Mt. Vernon Cemetery, Pendleton County.
