|Local circuit court clerk participates in 2013 Circuit Court Clerks Fall College in Lexington|
Pendleton County Circuit Court Clerk Michael D. Redden participated in the 2013 Circuit Court Clerks Fall College that took place September 24-26 in Lexington. The Administrative Office of the Courts provided the judicial education program for the state’s circuit court clerks.
The circuit court clerks attended courses on responding to requests for court records, handling domestic violence cases and working with self-represented litigants and defendants who have been assigned a public defender due to indigence. The college also provided a session on court technology, including the Judicial Branch’s plans to develop a court case management system to replace the state’s aging system and bring eFiling to Kentucky.
