Nanette "Nan" Mains Baldwin, 53 Print E-mail

Nanette Mains Baldwin, 53, of Midland, Ga., formerly of Pendleton County, passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2013 at Columbus Hospice House in Columbus, Ga.

She was born in Cynthiana, on July 23, 1959 to Milton Mains of Morning View and Peggy Bryant Mains of Falmouth. "Nan" was the director of clinical informatics at Columbus Regional Hospital.

Surviving, in addition to her parents, are  husband, William G. "Bill" Baldwin, Midland, Ga.; daughters, C. J.  (Phil) Metzger,  Fayetteville, Ga. and Lindsey (Fred) Franklin, Columbus, Ga.; a son, Benjamin Bryant (Becky) Baldwin, Jacksonville, Fla.; sisters, Polly (Nicholas) Garcia, Phenix City, Ala. and Laura (Jay) Sanders, Cynthiana; brother, Todd (Cynthia) Mains, Falmouth; and granddaughters, Olivia and Abigail Baldwin, both of Jacksonville, Fla.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 11 a.m. -1 p.m. on Thursday, July 25, 2013, at the Battle Grove Cemetery Meditation Building in Cynthiana.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Columbus Hospice House, 7020 Moon Road, Columbus, GA 31909. Local arrangements are under the direction of Woodhead Funeral Home, Falmouth.
