|P.C. Historical Society invites members|
The July meeting of the Pendleton County Historical and Genealogical Society will be on July 20 at the Fryer House Historical site. The business meeting will begin promptly at 11 a.m. At noon, Sandra Samson will be our guest presenter. She's the third great granddaughter of Emerson McGee. She will share the story with us of his Service as a Private, Company A, 109th U. S. Colored Infantry during the Civil War.
Plan on attending and join our Historical Society if you're not already a member. Members are needed who are willing to help us grow our knowledge of Pendleton County History.
The Fryer House is located on the northeast corner at the intersection of KY 177 and US 27 in Butler. Plenty of free parking is available.
The Fryer House is open every 1st Tuesday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. for visitors and researchers.
