Collins hosting future Ladycats basketball camp Print E-mail

Coach Scott Collins became the first Ladycat Basketball Coach in school history to win a second 38th District Title. But not resting on his laurels, he hosts the 2013 Future Ladycat Basketball Camp and preparing his future players for the demands of playing Ladycat Basketball and winning district championships.

The camp will be held on Tuesday, May 28 through Friday, May 31. Campers entering the first thru fifth grades can attend from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Campers entering sixth thru eighth grade can attend from noon to 2 p.m.  Cost is only $25.

The Ladycat coaching staff believes in the teaching and demonstration of fundamental skills required for the game of basketball. We want to instill a hard work ethic in a fun environment to help interested players develop the necessary skills to play in the competitive setting.

Registration forms can be downloaded from and click on FORMS.  All youth sports camp forms can be accessed here.

Parents who need daycare before or after their camp sessions can contact Summer Recreation Director Steven Peed at about the Summer Recreation Program and it serving the parent’s needs.
