Amy was born in Harrison County on April 10, 1971, the daughter of Billy and Debbie Hamilton Dennie. A 1989 graduate of Pendleton High School, she worked as a cashier at Marathon in Falmouth. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Falmouth and was loved by all who knew her.
Surviving her, in addition to her parents, are son, Quentin Miles Dennie; daughter, Kailee Rochelle Workman, both of Falmouth; granddaughter, Paisley Rose Dennie; sister, Kelly (Mark) Grisik, Taylor Mill; brother, Todd (Dorothy) Dennie, Falmouth; special friend, Randy Bishop, Falmouth; nieces and nephews, Katie and Robbie Gaskins, Mason Dennie, Madison and McKeenan Wyatt, Maleigha Grisik and a host of extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 14, 2013, at the Woodhead Funeral Home, Falmouth, with Bro. Harry Crozier officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Billy Dennie, Quentin Dennie, Todd Dennie, Steve Workman, Mason Dennie, Randy Wyatt, Tony Gillespie and Robbie Gaskins. Honorary pallbearers will be Randy Bishop, McKeenan Wyatt, Madison Wyatt, Katie Gaskins, Maleigha Grisik, and Paisley Dennie.
Interment will take place in the Morgan Cemetery, Pendleton County.
