|Crash stats don’t show real impact of texting|
Here’s an unscientific observation about Kentucky drivers that is almost certainly accurate: Thousands of them, in violation of state law and good sense, are texting on their cellphones while driving.
How can this be proven? Unfortunately, the proof is not found in the number of traffic citations written for texting while driving in the past couple of years.
