Jesse B. Dean Jr, 82 Print E-mail

Jesse Bryant Dean Jr, 82, of Falmouth, formerly of Bellevue, passed away on Thursday, April 11, 2013, at the Hospice of the Bluegrass-Northern Ky. Care Center in Ft. Thomas.

He was born on November 9, 1930, to the late Jesse Sr and Susan Fife Dean. Mr. Dean married Lina Picklesimer on December 10, 1955, and she preceded him in death on October, 13, 2011. He was a retired mail carrier, a U.S. Air Force Veteran, having served in the Korean Theatre, a member of the Falmouth Baptist Church, an avid coin collector and loved Southern Gospel Music, especially the Kingdom Heirs Quartet at Dollywood.

Preceding him, in addition to his wife, Lina, was grandson, Grayson Wolfe; sisters, Josephine Burchett, Lilly Potter; and brothers, Paul Dean, Alfred Dean, Ronnie Dean and John Dean.

Surviving are children, Jeff (Denise) Dean, Falmouth, Mallory (Tony) Wolfe, Butler,  Tammy (Dave) Feldkamp, Bellevue, Steve Dean, Bellevue; sister, Margaret Price; brothers, Herman, Frank Dean; grandchildren, Mallie (Nick) Kuhnheim, Erin (Larry) Meadows, Megan Feldkamp, Bryant Dean, Anna Dean, Austin Wolfe, Holden Wolfe, Haven Wolfe; great-grandchildren, Braden Meadows, Joshua Kuhnheim, Presley Meadows; and special friends, Carla, James and Mary Reed.

A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 14, 2013, at Woodhead Funeral Home in Falmouth with Bro. Cohen Copley officiating.

Interment with full military honors were conducted by the Hardin-Browning Post #109 will take place at the convenience of the family, at the Riverside Cemetery.
