Falmouth Rotary to have spaghetti dinner as fundraiser April 12 Print E-mail

Each year in April the Falmouth Rotary Club sponsors a spaghetti dinner as a fundraiser for the scholarships they give seniors upon graduation and to help with their college expenses. All of their proceeds go toward that scholarship fund.

This year's date is Friday, April 12 at the St. Frances Xavier Hall behind the church on Second St. in Falmouth from 5-7 p.m.

Falmouth Rotarian Mark Aulick will be providing the music.

There will also be a silent auction that you can bid on.

Above is a handmade basket made from tobacco sticks. It was created by Bill Mitchell.

The small community is fortunate to have organizations that work hard for the students. If you look at The Falmouth Outlook each year there are photos of seniors receiving scholarships and listed are all the local clubs, classes, individuals, and organizations that make it possible. That's why it's important to attend these fundraisers and help the clubs and organizations. If you can't stop to eat then give a donation to them.
