Join the latest Hollywood celebrity fitness craze sweeping the nation! Piloxing uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing into a fat torching and muscle sculpting guaranteed to whip you into shape.

This six-week class will be held at Sharp Middle School Dance Room beginning Monday, March 25. Classes run from 6:30-7:30 p.m. and will be instructed by Loran Brown (www.facebook.com/piloxingwithloran).

Equipment needed for the class includes a mat, weighted gloves and socks (optional). Additional options will be shared at the first class.
