Many readers of The Falmouth Outlook may have noticed a woman running through town a couple times a week for the last ten years. Her name is Rebecca Ammerman. She took up running for some of the same reasons that others might - to get in better physical shape, improve her overall health, but also because someone told her she would never be a runner.
