A Veterans Benefits Field Representative from the Kentucky Department of Veteran Affairs (KDVA) is available at the Grant County Courthouse in Williamstown on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. This representative will be available to assist veterans and widows/widowers in filing for federal and state benefits for veterans and dependents. Some requirements do apply and a copy of the veteran's discharge papers will be needed. This service is free of charge.
