City Council versus the Dark Vultures

Kirby Ramsey of the Kentucky League of Cities addressed the Falmouth City Council regarding services available through KLC. The Kentucky Rx Card was the primary benefit discussed. Mr. Kirby explained that the card was provided free to all Kentucky citizens and was accepted by over 56,000 pharmacies on a national level, including most major chains. The Kentucky Rx Card Program was launched to help uninsured and underinsured residents with their prescriptions.
