Falmouth Police charged three juveniles, two 16 year olds and one 15 year old, on January 22 with breaking into at least 18 vehicles parked in the city of Falmouth at residents' homes. Police said many of the vehicles were not locked. The juveniles just opened the doors and took what they wanted.

All three appeared for a juvenile hearing on January 24 and were retained.

Falmouth Police Chief Mark Posey said his department executed a search warrant on January 22 for a house at 409 Ridgeway Avenue in Falmouth.

Posey said this is the third time one of the juveniles has been arrested and charged with breaking into vehicles and stealing items.
