The Pendleton County Wildcats fell behind by 16 points in the first quarter and never recovered in a 78-61 home loss to the Conner Cougars last Tuesday, January 15.

"I felt that we were not ready to play mentally and perhaps physically also," Wildcats head coach Ed Cravens said. "We have a lot of kids battling illness, and I think this was a partial factor."
